Journal 02/13/2020 - Change

"If you want to change who/what you're becoming, think new thoughts"

Which means, even though I am feeling lonely, I need to change how I think about the loneliness.


Instead of focusing on how bad it can make me feel, I need to see it as time spent getting to know myself better.


I can REfocus on learning to turn my overwhelming thoughts into something positive.
